Wooly Weekend in Sarnia

Our annual retreat will be in a new location this year! From Friday September 18 - Sunday September 21, 2025, we'll be knitting and socializing at the Quality Inn Sarnia (751 Christina St. N, Point Edward, ON N7V 1X5)
Registration Cost: $40 for members, $50 for non-members.
Due to capacity limits, registration is limited to a max. of 40 people.
Your hotel stay includes a hot breakfast.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, hotel reservations, and meals.
A group dinner is planned for Saturday night at the hotel restaurant, Crossroads.
To register for the retreat:
STEP 1:
Please call The Quality Inn directly at 519-344-1157 to book your room and tell them that you are with the Around The Bay Knitting Guild. Room rate is $134/night for a single or a double room.
STEP 2:
Register by sending an e-transfer to treasurer@hamiltonknitguild.ca. Please add a note that includes your RSVP for dinner Saturday night, as well as the name(s) of the people registering.
We will confirm your registration by email within a couple of days.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or cash, please email Lori treasurer@hamiltonknitguild.ca for instructions.
Deadline for booking a room and registration is August 15th, 2025.
